Death

When a Zethonian dies, pure or bi-religious, they go to Above, where the Elements of the Earth reside. Whether your soul was dark or pure, or tainted, you will go there, and be welcomed with open arms. This works because the Elements believe that everyone has a right to their own choices, even if they are wrong, and that they should discover it for themselves. When you die you regain all past wisdom and knowledge, so you may fully understand why and how things happened during your existence. This is kind of like reincarnation, because you are given another existence in which you are reborn without your knowledge accessible. This helps your spirit gain new knowledge, and evolve and develop your understanding. Knowledge is one of the important elements of an Element of the Earth mage. Your spiritual path is discovered eventually but you must find it yourself. The Elements believe in learning things for yourself, but do not give you expectations to fulfill to help you understand better. This system is believed to lead to evolution and important theories in the lives of people important historical scientific figures.

Also: normally, other people that are non-Zethonian go to Above as well. Otherwise where would they go?
