What is Zethonianism? It is a religion based partially on Wicca and paganism, but is individual all on its own. It is about the Elements of the Earth and magick, and about being tuned in to all the magic around you. Kindness is not a very big thing for Zethonians but mostly spirituality and the attention and respect you treat magick.
What are the Elements of the Earth? The Elements of the Earth are the different elemental powers that each practitioner of Zethonian power is specially attuned to. Most have a specific Element they most work with, are most comfortable with, or, most of the time, have a special 'calling' to. The Elements are like gods or goddesses, a god and goddess for each Element, that control and organize the magickal world. The five Elements, in order by most common to least common, are: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Storm. The reason for this order is most likely that Earth is most common on our planet earth. In other places and planes of existence, however, this situation is most likely different.
Aren't religions supposed to tell about how the world was made? I have no idea, but Zethonianism tells that the world was made by the Elements of the Earth, as was every other magick-oriented place in the universe of existence. Our legends are that earth used to be extremely magick-oriented but the ability of humans and beings to think and cooperate, and share and develop ideas, led to the minimization of the popularity of magick. The height of the action between magick- and science-oriented worlds was popularly known as the Medieval times, which, as you probably know, was when knights fought dragons and other whatnot. What you probably don't know is that ordinary humans attempted to capture magickal beings for scientific study. You think that during Medieval times they didn't have science but in fact this time period lasted much longer than you think and were taught. The reason for Zethonianism is the main center of all Zethonian spirituality.
How were people created? Beings were created when their spirits were mixed and made out of magick and given a certain earth being to be for one lifetime. In their first lifetime they are called first. Wiser spirits are not firsts, for they have gone through several lifetimes, but for firsts gain knowledge faster at first because of all the new experiences. Sometimes a first can be created as a high position of earth being, because this is completely random. But if the spirit does well and gains enough knowledge they will stay or rise position. The system creates organization for the Elements' spiritual kind of 'school'.
What is the main center of all Zethonian spirituality? Well, Zethonianism is centered around protecting all magickal creatures, including dragons, unicorns, gryphons, pegasi, and others, because of the terror of the Medieval times. We believe in respecting magickal beings and that they should stay away and hidden from careless non-Zethonian beings of darke.
What is Zethonian prayer about? Zethonian prayer is about keeping magick safe from harm and taint, and protecting good from evil, and/or evil from good, depending on which you work with. It is also about keeping yourself safe from harmful or disturbing darke powers, and keeping in touch with your element and the magick in the world. The point is, stay safe, stay loyal to your side, and stay connected.
What is darke power? Isn't that just evil? No, darke power is a much higher power, deeply terrifying and terrible. It affects all magick and Elemental power within and throughout the earth and its connections. Darke power can completely destroy or mutilate every type of weaker magick throughout the universe, that is to say, all magick. No matter what side you work with, good or evil, it will affect you if it were in the wrong hands. Some Zethonians consider non-Zethonian or non-attuned beings to be darke, and technically it is true. But this technicality is not of perfection. Non-Zethonians are not all darke, some merely have religions that differentiate. However, the non-Zethonians of true darke truly wish to harm all magick, which is even deeper than evil.
Why would someone want to be of darke power? If someone of darke were to have darke power and magick, they would also have the ability to control and manipulate the entire world, magick or not. They could destroy and rebuild, change and dissipate, and cause and remove events, places, beings, and magick from everything that exists. It seems extremely tempting to those who veer horribly off course from their true spiritual path.
What if I'm already another religion but want to be Zethonian? It's perfectly fine if you want to be Zethonian but are already some other religion. You do not have to convert, but instead partake in simpler and less magickal rituals and prayer. You will still receive the same effects but on a smaller scale.
Why do you spell magic wrong? The Zethonian way to spell magick is different from regular magic, it is a deeper form of witchcraft and spellworking.
